Our shipping office is operative on regular business hours in Bali time. 

All confirmed orders will be shipped the next day by standard shipping (business days). A confirmation email, along with shipping details will be sent to you upon release of goods. Please allow 5-7 business days for domestic, and 7-14 days for international shipments.

Goxua does not grant any under invoicing for duties purposes. Any and all duties and customs are to be borne by the customer.
